SKIF-19

SKIF -19 system is a simple and effective sowing control system. It is designed to monitor the seeds passing only in pneumatic seeders in addition to the standard control system.

System’s main purpose: import pneumatic driils and sowing complexes

System monitors:

seeds passing to the coulter in two independent loops (seeds/fertilizers)
dosage devices shafts rotation
integrity of connection circuit of seeds blockage sensors (DPP)
voltage in electric circuit and connection to the feed circuit

Information available:

number of coulter with faulty seeds pass sensor
number of clogged coulter
seeder running shaft rotation stop
tractor circuit voltage drop or system’s circuit break in case of accident. In this case visual and sound signaling turns on.

Additional options:

possibility to work properly in wheel track setup mode after imputing into its memory the numbers of wheel track coulters

Quantity of monitored coulters:

up to 150 (up to 90 in one line)

Blockage sensor (DPP):

Sensor’s method is acoustic one. The sensor is fastened properly on the grain pipe and catches the acoustic vibrations when seeds pass through the grain pipe.
The sensor detects properly the wheat seeds passing through the grain pipe as well as the granules of fertilizers and other crops seeds: from rape to pea. Sensor’s method is acoustic one. Sensor multi-purpose housing allows fastening it on grain pipes of different diameters: from 25 to 32 mm.
